High rope challenges for all ages at Rocket Ropes, Auckland. Rocket Ropes is an urban high ropes activity park that has 60 aerials challenges over two levels for all ages and skill levels. Ideally situated just of the Southern Motorway, near McDonalds, so you can treat the kids to a burger after all their climbing.
Start low and work your way up to the dizzying heights of up to 6 meters! For children aged 2 to 6 they can experience the junior rocketeer course. The junior course consists of a Viking Ship to scale up, along with tunnels and wobble boards.
For the older children there is the Croc Tower. The Croc Tower has three exciting levels, with slip knots, a spider web and flea jumps, all obstacles to test their climbing skills.
There are three levels of rope climbing, 1.5m, 3m and 6m, with over 40 activities including 7 flying foxes. Flying Foxes are also known as Zip Lines, so strap in and fly at speed with the Rocket Ropes challenge.
In the summer months the session times start at 9am. Prices start at NZD$16, with family passes available, and if you book online you can get some good discounts.
